In order to avoid any unnecessary waste in the production of our swimwear, we make only what you need. Due to popular demand, we often can sell out of some styles and may introduce a pre-order service on certain sell out styles.
Pre-ordering before the release is suggested in order to reserve your size and to avoid disappointment. Our pre-order lead times vary so please carefully read the pre-order lead times on the product page before placing an order.
If you need your swimsuit by a certain date, please email Annabel/Hannah at email@example.com and we will do our best to get your suit to you on priority.
HOW TO KNOW IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE ORDER
If your size is out of stock and available for pre-order, it will state 'pre-order' either next to the size selection or instead of the 'Buy Now' button it will say 'Pre-order'.
WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES ON MY PRE-ORDER?
We will keep in touch with you via email to update you on the status of your order. You will also receive an email notification once your swimsuit has been shipped!
I CAN'T PRE-ORDER AS MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT.
Unfortunately, this means that the pre-orders that we have received have taken priority and this size is no longer available for pre-order. You can sign up by email to receive a notification when it is back in stock.
IF THE SIZE IS NOT RIGHT, AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE?
If you are unsure of sizing, it's better to email us prior to purchasing, we would hate to run out of stock! All pre-orders are eligible for exchanges and refunds. Please see our FAQ for full policy.
I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE/REFUND AN ITEM THAT I PRE-ORDERED.
We will exchange or refund any full price pre-order item returned to us within 16 days of receiving your pre-order. Please simply send back to the address provided on the exchange/returns form filled out. The item(s) need to be in original condition with swings attached.
