Sale items valid for exchange only. For international orders, a pre-paid DHL Express returns label can be found within your order. Simply drop your order at your nearest DHL collection point or call the DHL Collection team to arrange a pickup from your home or workplace.

All items purchased from can be returned within 16 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the swing ticket is attached and hygiene stickers are in place as we will only be able to process a refund for items returned in their original condition. By original condition we mean clean, unwashed and unworn items.

Please be mindful when trying your swimsuit by ensuring that you do not stain the item with make-up, deodorant and are not wearing perfume which may leave a scent as this could prevent the item from being accepted for return. 

Returning goods

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they have reached us. We therefore recommend sending on a tracked service and retaining proof of postage to ensure it does not go missing in transit. The cost of returning the goods to us is the customer’s responsibility and shipping fees cannot be refunded. Returns sent via courier should have the correct pro forma invoice attached. International goods being returned via courier should be marked as 'UK returned goods'.

Processing a refund

Once we have received your items with the completed returns form, we will begin to process the refund and will notify you once this has been completed. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to to be returned to your original method of payment.


We offer exchanges for all full price items including pre-orders received back to us in original condition within 16 days of receipt. Please simply fill out the form provided to you and send back to us with the items that you wish to exchange.  By original condition we mean clean, unwashed and unworn items with sanitary stickers and original hang tags attached. Exchanges not abiding by this policy will be returned to the sender.

Shipping fees

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Postage costs for exchanging or returning items are not covered by Pursuit The Label and are the responsibility of the customer. 


Goods are deemed as faulty when they are received damaged or when a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you believe your item is faulty please email us at with your name, order number and supporting imagery. We unfortunately are not able to fix or replace any items over 6 months old.
